Hi. I managed to solve the problem by comparing csWindowsPhonePrototype.zip with csSilverlightPrototype.zip included in the Preview.

It seems that that the new zip file format is flattened so that all the files are on the top level of the archive and prepended with their folder names, i.e "ControlLibrary"\"AssemblyInfo.cs" becomes "ControlLibrary\AssemblyInfo.cs".

Hi All.

Trying to get this working with Blend+SketchFlow Preview for VS 2012.

Copied the csWindowsPhonePrototype.zip to Blend Preview\Project Templates\en\CSharp\WindowsPhone\WindowsPhone and got Windows Phone category with Windows Phone SketchFlow Application template in New Project dialog.

However when select it and proceed getting the following error:

"New Project failed. Could not find file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Blend Preview\ProjectTemplates\en\CSharp\WindowsPhone\WindowsPhone\csWindowsPronePrototype.zip[ControlLibrary\AssemblyInfo.cs]." while the file is actually there.

Any ideas?

I am having exactly the same problem.

I try to run the application in visual studio and read from debugger console. When I run application, I get these lines in my output:

I installed all the Visual Studio 2010 phone express, Expression studio and Windows Phone Sketch flow template. When I started a new sketchflow project for windows phone, it seems there is no combo box sketch style. Is there any solution for that???

I created an app using sketchflow... at the beginning it works ok but at some point stops working and none of the buttons respond, not even Windows or Back button. I also noticed that sometimes if I wait enough it continues working again. Is it normal? Does anyone have the same problem? Is it maybe because I have an evaluation version?

Hi Guys!

I installed SketchFlow Template in my computer following this steps.

1) Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate SP1;

2) Windows Phone SDK 7.1;

3) Expression Blend 4 (Installed with WP SDK 7.1);

4) SketchFlow Template for Windows Phone.

But the problem is that doesn`t work. I looked at Blend`s folders "Templates" and "ProjectTemplates" and it's ok. I woud like to know if I need to upgrade my Blend version?

When I click in File=>New Project, only Windows Phone Project Type is showed.

Hello

I want some of my screens to be available only in landscape orientation. I have changed the PhoneChrome's orientation property, so the phone in desing mode is in landscape mode. After hitting f5, when the sketch is run it is still in landscape, so it is ok. But when I switch the orientation in the SketchFlow Player, the layout is crashing in portrait mode.

1. How should I set the orientation, to lock the layout so it will be the same in both orientations or completely disable portrait mode?

2. When I navigate to this pages for the second time, they appear automatically in portait mode. Moreover, after a few navigations the whole SkyDrive Player freezes! Don't know if it is a bug or I am doing anything wrong.

Please help me :)

Under Objects and Timeline on the left, select your Pivot control. In the properties tab on the right, look under Common Properties. There is a SelectedIndex property that you can change to view and edit the other pivot items. Be sure to change this back to zero or the first item will not be selected when the prototype is run.

Open the Blend 4 Folder, than go to

ProjectTemplates\en\CSharp\WindowsPhone

and copy the file "csWindowsPhonePrototype.zip" to

ProjectTemplates\de\CSharp\WindowsPhone

Then copy the folder "WindowsPhone" from

Templates\en\CSharp

Templates\de\CSharp

I don't know if both step are requiered, but it works.

For anybody else: instead of de for Germany you need to insert your country code

hi, i have the mango development tools and expression studio ultimate installed.

when i install the wp7 addon, i dont have the choise to select sketchflow for wp7, is there any solution for it?

maybe i just need a sketchflow projekt for wp7 (had a equel error if i install the english beta mango developer toolkit i cant select the wp7 apps as a new projekt, but i could open already existing.)
